If you are 18 or over, we encourage you to join us at a rehearsal just to try us out. Please arrange this in advance by contacting our Membership Secretary (joinus@npchoir.org.uk). If you enjoy the experience and want to join the Choir, a short private audition will be arranged with the Musical Director who will spend a few minutes with you to assess your current vocal skills as well as teaching you some unprepared music. All being well, you will be invited there and then to continue as a member of the choir.
Our regular rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings, currently from 7.30pm to 9.00pm (socially distanced, and without an interval at the moment), at St Michael's Church, Perry St, Northampton, NN1 4HL. See 'Choir Schedules' opposite for precise dates.
We aim to perform at least one concert each term (see the Concerts page for current details), with other events in our schedule from time to time.
The current annual subscription is £185.00; students pay a reduced subscription of £25.00. If you join mid-season the subscription will be pro rata.

We are delighted to be back enjoying regular Tuesday rehearsals in St Michael and All Angels Church on Perry Street Northampton.
Autumn Term rehearsals will end with the rehearsal-concert on 14 December (6pm - c.9.15pm). 2022 rehearsals are on Tuesdays 4 January to 29 March and 19 April to 28 June. After the summer break, we expect to resume on Tuesday 13 September.
New singers are very welcome. Please notify the Musical Director or Committee Chair in advance of anyone you know who intends to come along for the first time; they are asked to arrive at 7.10 - 7.15pm so that we can easily welcome them.
Members should arrive from 7.20pm so that the rehearsal can start promptly at 7.30pm with everyone present.
